Subject: Sergei “Serj” Volkov – Contract Update

Skyway Elite Management, in coordination with Halo Limited, wishes to inform the public and our esteemed partners that, following a comprehensive internal evaluation, we have made the decision to end our professional engagement with Mr. Sergei “Serj” Volkov, effective immediately.

Originally from Vladivostok and a long-time resident of Seattle, Mr. Volkov has been an essential member of the Halo: Darklight tour, contributing a distinctive perspective, immense charisma, and unforgettable moments on and off the stage. His dedication to the art and his connection with fans have been both meaningful and impactful.

Over the course of the tour, Mr. Volkov has embarked on a powerful personal and creative transformation. As with any evolving artist, these shifts can present new challenges and directions. After a series of candid discussions, both parties agreed that his current trajectory is not compatible with the artistic and operational goals of the Darklight experience.

We deeply appreciate everything Mr. Volkov has brought to the tour and are grateful for the memories shared with fans worldwide. We wish him nothing but success as he continues his personal journey and creative exploration.
