What the version numbers mean:
Version 0.8: First public posting (posted by chapter; these will be hidden once v0.9 drops)
Version 0.9: Complete first draft (will be published as a complete page with a link on top)
Version 1.0: Complete second draft (will also be physically printed)
There will be no major reworks post v0.8, but minor changes and edits will happen.
Rules will be updated periodically, but no major reworks are planned, just tweaks and additional stuff that wasn't included in v1.0
